We offer housekeeping cottages with wifi; tv; full kitchen, a/c, heat bathroom, queen or double beds, pull out couches (we do not provide linens), bbq (propane charge $20 or bring your own)

Property offers spacious size100' w x 150' deep; basketball hoop, batmentin and volleyball net on the property;

Wasaga Beach offers; the Beach; golf and mini golf;gocart; paintball; seadooing and boat rentals; hiking trails; snowmobiling and ski trails,bars;restaurants;shopping and local planned events. 

Cottage Rules and Information

Deposit Policy - There are no refunds for deposits, however we will refund your security deposit if the Town of Wasaga Beach announces lockdown due to COVID-19, we can also reschedule your reservation date throughout 2022 and into 2023.

.

Guests - are not permitted on premises, unless prior approval has been received by Management.

.

Smoking – is not permitted in the cottages.

.

Beer bottles or glass products - are not allowed on the grounds of the property they are to be kept in side your cottage we strongly encourage plastic cups to be used when your out side of your cottage.

.

Check- In from 4:00pm to 8:00 p.m. early or later check-in can be arranged if the rent is paid in full, Check-In at our 55 Beck Street location. Please tell us in advance what time your planning on checking in so that we can be on site to meet you, text 437-215-7769.

Check-Out at 11:00 am, A $150 fee will apply if keys are not returned upon check-out.

(Check in & out times are flexible during non-peak periods upon request). In cases of off-hour arrivals, the cottage key will be accessible in a ‘lock box’ located on your cottage door.

Parking – Parking Limitations: 2 bdrm cottages– 2 cars, lofts 2 cars, cuddly cabins–1 car. Extra parking may be available at the rate of $20.00 per day.

Accommodations – each cottage is equipped with a double or queen beds some bunk-beds, sofabed/futon, kitchen table & chairs, tv, (No Cable) WiFi, fridge, stove, microwave, basic cutlery & dinnerware and pots and pans. Propane BBQ available for $20.00, or you can bring your own propane tank.

Life Safety Equipment - Misuse of Fire Extinguishers or smoke detector will result in $250 deduction from your security deposit and possible fine from the City of Wasaga Fire Marshall.

What to Bring - toiletries, towels, garbage bags, dish soap, coffee maker, cleaning products and special pots and pans. Please note we do not provide linens, pillows, or blankets.

Noise – the Town of Wasaga has noise restriction by-law between 8:00 pm to 8:00 am - Anyone making excessive noise or participating in inappropriate behavior, will be asked to leave the property and not receive a refund on any portion of their payment . We do not allow boom box systems or loud speakers to be used on the property, we are not telling you to stop playing your music only to keep at a reasonable level.

Housekeeping - please return the cottage to its original state, a $40 to $100 per unit housekeeping charge will apply and for additional charges over and above the stated amount may exceed for more significant housekeeping needs ie. unwashed dishes, bodily fluids, smoke odors, etc. Cleaning charges will apply to the property if you're a (prom group) this will be deducted from your security disposal.

Damages: Any damages to the cottage, furniture or property will be deducted from your security deposit. Damages that exceed your initial security deposit will be charged to your credit card and brought to the attention of the local authorities.

Energy: Remember to turn off the lights, heating, a/c etc. before leaving the cottage – help conserve energy!

Lost or Stolen Items: Costa's Wasaga Cottages is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.

.

Identification: For security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government photo ID at check-in. You will be asked to sign a risk agreement form on checking in if you need to see this form in advance we can email it to you.

Internet/Wifi: There is wifi on the property, from time to time we have experienced some interruption from rogers, if you experience this please send us a text at 437-215-7769 and we will inform Rogers. We recommend that you have back up internet on your phone as we have experienced a 24-48 hour delay. Wifi password 55beckst.

Garbage: You can dump your garbage in our Miller Waste bin located at the front of the property, please avoid leaving garbage outside.

Snow Removal: We have a company who will clean our driveway from the entrance to the back of the property, you are responsible for cleaning your deck and walkway we will provide you with a snow shovel.
